STAFFING

The Camp will be staffed by RFU accredited coaches and the highest safety measures will be taken.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

By signing these terms and conditions you acknowledge and agree that Barbarian 7s Camps is not responsible for any:

o injuries of any nature that your child may suffer.

o loss of or damage to property

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees.

BEHAVIOUR

All camps are designed to be enjoyed by every participant. We expect the highest standards of behaviour and conduct on all our courses, and should any players misbehave or bully other participants, we shall have no option but to send them home and payment will be withheld. As parents / guardians, please reinforce these points to your children.

CANCELLATION

        • Cancellations made more than 2 weeks prior to the camp start date will have the option to:

• Receive a 75% refund of camp fee.

• Or move to a similar camp.

• Any cancellation made after this time will Receive a 50% refund of camp fee and your Gift Bundle sent to you by Post.

KIT LIST

This list is only a suggestion; should participants not have anything that is on the list please do not purchase items unless necessary. 

Please remember that some of the items on this list are seasonal. Activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event of camp cancellations or changes, we will endeavor to notify you as soon as possible.

• A warm, dry child is a happy child.

• Rugby boots or appropriate footwear and Trainers.

• Rugby training kit, to include waterproof top and a hat.

• Protective equipment.

• Gum shield / mouth guard if your child is in the Under-9 age group or above (although we strongly recommend that every participant wears a gum shield)

• Change of clothing for wet-weather conditions.

• Drink’s bottle.

• Towel

• Insect repellent and insect bite cream

• Sunscreen

PHOTOGRAPHY

By booking this course you agree to allow photographs taken of your children at camps to be used within any future marketing materials and placed on the Barbarian 7s Camps official website or Social media.

DECLARATION

I agree that by booking this course that all participants registered by me:

1. may participate in the above course.

2. are fit to participate in the activities to be undertaken.

If it becomes necessary for any of the participants registered by me to receive emergency dental or medical treatment and I cannot be contacted by telephone or other means to authorise this, I hereby give my general consent to any emergency dental or medical treatment and authorise a staff member from the course to sign any documents required by the hospital authorities.

By booking a place on a Barbarian 7s Camps delivered by

Barbarian 7s Camps you also agree to the extended Terms & Conditions of Barbarian 7s Camps.

PAYMENTS

• Camps can be paid for online via the website.

• For those wanting to Pay Cash at the Camp, please Email in advance.

BULLYING 

On all Barbarian 7s Camps, we uphold the values of our sport and in particular, our SPIRIT values: Sportsmanship, Pride, Integrity, Respect, Innovation and Teamwork. We ensure that each child has the best possible experience while on one of our rugby camps, and therefore practice a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to bullying. Our delivery team will address every and any issue that we witness or have reported to us. Any child on camp that is found to be bullying can be removed and requested to be picked up from camp, with no right to a refund.
